CAS Mounting Kit

1. 3” x 6” Magnetic Strip with Adhesive Backing

2. (2) ¼-20 x 2.5” Machine Bolts

3. (2) ¼” x 2.5” Lag Bolts

4. (2) ¼” Lock Washers

5. (2) 1 ½” Washers

6. (2) ¼-20 Hex Nuts

7. (2) Wall Togglers

Instructions for attaching to a Magnetic Cash Drawer or other Magnetic Surface

Step 1. Place CAS Unit upside down onto a clean non-abrasive, non-slip surface.

Step 2. Remove plastic backing from Magnetic Strip.

Step 3. Center Magnetic Strip (Adhesive side down) on the bottom of the base and make sure

strip is attached with no air bubbles.

Step 4. Place unit on Cash Drawer where desired.

Instructions for Bolting to a Countertop using Machine Screws

Step 1. Locate where you want to place the CAS Unit.

Step 2. Remove the 2 decorate caps from the base.

Step 3. Use the base as your drilling template.

Step 4. Remove base, set aside. Drill holes through the counter top using ¼” drill bit.

Step 5. Align base with drilled holes and put machine screw through the base and counter top.

Step 6. On the bottom of the counter top place 1-1/2” washer over the bolt nearest the counter

top and then place the 5/8” lock washer over the bolt and screw nut until the unit is

hand-tight. Do this for both sides.

Step 7. Reinstall decorative caps.

Instructions for Bolting to a Countertop using a Lag Bolt

Step 1. Locate where you want to place the CAS Unit.

Step 2. Remove the 2 decorative caps from the base.

Step 3. Use the base as your drilling/marking template. If using drill to make pilot holes, use ¼”

drill bit.

Step 4. Align base with drilled/marked holes and using a 5/8” deep socket ratchet, ratchet the

lag bolt until hand-tight. Do this for both sides.

Step 5. Reinstall decorative caps.
